Ingredients (you will need):
Dates, 3 cup
Almonds, 1 cup
Walnuts, 1 cup
Cashew nuts, 1 cup
Peanuts, 1 cup
1. Deseed all the dates and remove the eyes if present.
3. The mixture would look something like this after pulsing. Grind a little more to get a more homogeneous mixture.
4. The consistency and texture we are looking for is shown below.
5. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them between your palms to form a small laddoo/energy bite. No need to grease your palms as the nuts release the natural fat present. The balls form relatively easily.
