Bharwan Methi Parantha - Stuffed Fenugreek Leaves Flatbread Recipe

Hello foodies,

With the onset of winters in most of India now, we get a lot of fresh green leafy vegetables in the market. These vegetables are packed full of all the essential vitamins and also taste super amazing during winters. Methi/Fenugreek leaves is one of the popular green leafy vegetable that you get in abundance during the season. There are many ways to incorporate this wonderful green in your cooking.

These hot paranthas taste amazing with various accompaniments, such as, pickle/raita/curd (as shown in the picture below). Let's get started...

Eggless Vanilla Chocochip Cupcakes - Eggless Vanilla Chocochip Muffins

Hello foodies,

Another cupcake recipe, this time with chocochips. I still remeber the days when I used to be fascinated by the local bakerywala, who got these vanilla chocochip cookies once in a while and I used to ransack the entire cupcake to dig out these half melted chocochips, ah memories...

So, while I now know better how not to ransack the cupcake/muffin, I make these goodies with dollops of chocochips, so that my son is not left digging the muffin in search of the elusive one. Let's get on with making the Vanilla Chocochip Cupcakes, super simple and easy to bake just like the earlier cupcakes.
